The cuisine ranges from traditional dishes reinterpreted with a modern, lighter touch to original creations of the restaurant, always highlighting premium and seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.

Each pairing is refined and well-balanced. Among the most renowned dishes — highly appreciated by even the most discerning gourmets — are the sea bass with balsamic vinegar, the rosemary-seared tuna, the risottos, and the “moleche” (a traditional Venetian specialty of soft-shell crab).

Also popular are the raw seafood appetizers and the dessert selection, with the cheese trolley as a valid alternative. The warm chocolate cake and the lemon-licorice sorbet stand out among the most tempting options on the dessert list.

Lastly, the wine cellar deserves special mention: it offers an excellent selection of fine Italian and French wines (around 800 labels). Equally noteworthy is the choice of grappas, cognacs, and whiskies.
