Our kitchen
The cuisine ranges from traditional foods interpreted in a modern form, and therefore lighter, to those of the restaurant’s invention, always highlighting the most sought-after first fruits and seasonal products, without aiming for the effect at any cost.
The combinations are, in fact, always wise and balanced. Among the most renowned dishes, and preferred by the most demanding gourmets, we point out the sea bass with balsamic vinegar and the sliced tuna with rosemary, the risotto and the “molecche” (typical Venetian dish).
