Our kitchen

The cuisine ranges from traditional foods interpreted in a modern, and therefore lighter, form to those of the restaurant’s invention, always highlighting the most sought-after first-fruits and seasonal products.
The combinations are, in fact, always wise and balanced. Among the most renowned dishes, and preferred by the most demanding gourmets, we point out the sea bass with balsamic vinegar and the sliced ​​tuna with rosemary, the risotto and the “moleche” (typical Venetian dish).
Appetizers of raw fish and the choice of desserts are also appreciated, for which the cheese trolley is a valid alternative. Chocolate cake with lemon and licorice sorbet are among the most inviting proposals on the tasty dessert list.
Finally, one cannot fail to mention the cellar, which has a good selection of the most sought after Italian (about 800 labels) and French wines. Not least is that of grappas, cognac and whiskey.
